This is an exciting time to join the RHS; as the world leader in horticulture we are embarking on the biggest investment programme in our history and delivering seven major new projects over the next five years.
We are now looking to recruit two Licensing Managers to maximise income for the Society by developing commercially viable products with external partner companies utilising the RHS imagery held in the Lindley Library and the horticultural expertise that is at the heart of the RHS brand.
You will be developing and managing existing Licensees as well as identifying potential new companies to partner with, negotiating terms with them for new agreements.
You will have proven knowledge and experience of product licensing and be able to demonstrate a strong track record of imaginative product development. You will have experience of either the gift or the horticultural market and will be a capable and confident negotiator.
The job requires the ability to influence and work collaboratively with both external companies and RHS colleagues throughout the organisation, so strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
