To encourage young people to develop careers in horticulture we are delighted to be launching the Royal Horticultural Society Apprenticeship Scheme. We are looking to recruit apprentices to join our awar- winning gardens in Wisley, Surrey and Hyde Hall, Essex. The scheme, aimed primarily at 16–19 year olds but open to all, offers training in a broad range of horticultural skills.
These positions will be offered on a two-year contract basis. As an apprentice, you will be expected to attend college on a day release basis, working towards an RHS Level 2 Diploma as well as training alongside our experienced garden teams.
