Computer Computers with free internet access to plant
and horticultural information are  available at our libraries.

The Library’s online catalogue is also available on library PCs and records may be printed free of charge. Printouts from other databases or the internet cost 10p per sheet.

Word processing and spreadsheet packages are not available.

Readers may use their own laptops in Lindley Library, London, and Lindley Library, Wisley. Laptops may be plugged into a mains socket. No other equipment may be plugged into the library power supply.

Wireless network access is available in London. Web-based e-mail is not accessible. Adults must supervise children using the internet.

Requesting documents by post

London and Wisley can supply photocopies of printed material by post, provided it is for a non-commercial purpose.

A Photocopy Request Form – incorporating a copyright declaration form – must be completed and signed for each item, and returned to the Library together with your payment.

Self-service photocopying

London and Wisley have self-service photocopy facilities available.
For current photocopying charges email the individual libraries direct: library.london@rhs.org.uk or library.wisley@rhs.org.uk

Older or fragile volumes may not be copied. Smaller garden libraires have very limited photocopying facilities.
