The garden libraries contain collections of the best modern books on gardening, and selected garden magazines.
Harlow Carr Garden Library
Located in the Bramall Learning Centre the Library welcomes beginner gardeners, students, experienced gardeners and researchers. With 8,000 books, the latest magazines, DVDs, gardening books for children, and online facilities, users have access to up-to-the-minute information and the wider resources of the RHS Lindley Libraries. Readers may register to use the archive room, where, among other treasures, sets of Gardeners’ Chronicle and Curtis’s Botanical Magazine are available for study. The Library also houses the Harlow Carr archive. Open to all as a reference collection, members may borrow from the lending collection.
