The garden libraries contain collections of the best modern books on gardening, and selected garden magazines.
New library for Harlow Carr
The purpose-built Blundell Library is now open for visitors in the new Bramall Learning Centre. Beginner gardeners, students, experienced gardeners and researchers are all welcome. With 8,000 books, the latest magazines, DVDs, gardening books for children, and online facilities, users have access to up-to-the-minute information and the wider resources of the RHS Lindley Library. Soon readers will be able to register to use the archive room, where, among other treasures, sets of Gardeners’ Chronicle and Curtis’s Botanical Magazine are available for study. Open to all as a reference collection, members can borrow from the lending collection.
