Rosemoor contains lots of great garden areas. From the intricately designed Rose Gardens, redolent with the heady perfume of hundreds of roses, to the more informal Cottage Garden where shrub roses frame the traditional thatched shelter, along with clematis and scrambling honeysuckle.
These gardens contrast with the vibrant mixed border plantings of the Square Garden with its golds and purples and striking red dahlias. The tranquil hues of the Spiral Garden are more restful on the eye, with colours flowing from yellow to blue, lilac and mauve; typified by delicate lilac blue Michaelmas daisies, to pink peach and peaceful white.
