Submission meeting
Any photographers who have not exhibited in the past and would like their work considered for exhibition are invited to submit examples of their work to the Photographic Committee for the March 2008 meeting. The deadline is Friday 29 February 2008. Before submitting, please contact the Photographic Committee Secretary .
Photography submissions
Four unframed photographic prints are to be sent to the Photographic Committee Secretary before the selection meeting. These should be clearly labelled with the photographer’s name and address, the subject of the picture and the processes used in creating the print. The prints submitted for consideration do not need to be presented on a theme. Group exhibitors should ensure that one piece from each photographer is submitted.
It is recommended that you hand deliver and collect your prints from the Picture Library. If, however, you are unable to do so, please make alternative arrangements with the Secretary . If posting your photographs within the UK, it is strongly recommended that they be sent Special Delivery.
Photographers will be sent written feedback from the Photographic Committee with the returned photographs.

Photography bursary
This bursary is awarded to photographers who are new to the business towards the cost of mounting an exhibition of photographic work at the October London Flower Show.
A £500 fund is available annually, to be divided between two or more photographers. Potential applicants should apply to the Secretary of the Bursary Committee, following acceptance of their work by the Photographic Committee. All photographers are required to submit work to the Committee for approval before they are accepted as an exhibitor at the show.
Please note: For publicity purposes, candidates who are successful in receiving an award will be requested to provide copes of their images for use in RHS publications and on RHS Online. The copyright in all photographs produced is retained by the photographer and all reproductions of the works would be credited wherever possible. Find out more about RHS bursaries
