RHS plant interest groups

RHS members have exclusive access to the membership of three RHS Groups, with more chances to meet like-minded enthusiasts, attend more events, and receive more publications and information.

RHS Fruit Group

StrawberryFormed to promote and encourage interest in all types of fruit, the RHS Fruit Group organises exclusive lectures, workshops and visits to research stations, fruit growers and private gardens. For an annual membership subscription of £5, payable to the RHS Fruit Group, all members receive The Fruit Group Newsletter three times a year with exclusive news on events and visits, and information about all things fruit related.

RHS Lily Group

LilyThe RHS Lily Group is an international group of gardeners who are particularly interested in lilies and related plants. Exclusive meetings and visits are arranged around the UK for lectures, discussions and opportunities to visit gardens of interest to lily enthusiasts. For an annual subscription of £10, payable to the RHS Lily Group, members receive three newsletters, the biennial Lilies and Related Plants journal and opportunities to purchase bulbs at the annual bulb auction and seeds through the group’s exclusive seed list.

RHS Rhododendron, Camellia & Magnolia Group

Camellia williamsii 'Francis Hanger'The RHS Rhododendron, Camellia & Magnolia Group, with seven branches throughout the UK, arranges talks on subjects such as cultivation, new plants and exploration, visits to view gardens and plant collections; a spring tour and an autumn weekend. For an annual subscription of £15, payable to the RHS Rhododendron, Camellia & Magnolia Group, members receive a full colour newsletter three times a year, with news of events, plants and people; as well as the Rhododendrons with Camellias and Magnolias Yearbook containing practical articles on species, hybrids, gardens, cultivation and history. An exclusive seed list with unusual and desirable seeds is also published.
