Look first at what you won’t find in a greenhouse bearing our name. We have eliminated areas that can be vulnerable to moisture, rejected the traditional method of overlapping panes of glass and consigned conventional opening roof lights, roof ridges and door runners to gardening history. Furthermore all our greenhouses feature aluminium capping, gutters, downpipes and plinths for all weather protection and unrivalled endurance. The result is a greenhouse built with today’s technology for the 21st Century.

No one understands the importance of preserving British heritage more than Gabriel Ash, and no institution applauds this more than the Royal Horticultural Society. Together we have developed an exclusive range of greenhouses – the RHS Collection. Available in a range of sizes any of the models can be located on low walls, as were traditional Victorian greenhouses. All the greenhouses in the collection are available with the option of integral cold frames. (below left).

Like the privet hedge the glasshouse will always have its place in an English garden. Your glasshouse could have a roof made of naturally insulating red cedar shingles or glass. Whether you want a place to contemplate or propogate a glasshouse adds a new dimension to your garden (above middle).
