Halcyon Days Enamels
from Bilston & Battersea

Halcyon Days Enamels are direct descendants of the rare and beautiful enamels of 18th-century England. They are made by craftsmen in Bilston, the traditional Georgian centre of enamelling on copper. Prized by collectors all over the world both as tokens of taste and sentiment and as small works of art with acknowledged investment value, they are the antiques of tomorrow.

Halcyon Days in association with the Royal Horticultural Society has created these silvered copper boxes, replicas in shape and form to a Birmingham box dating from 1750-60. Each one portrays a botanical species, hand painted in enamel and taken from illustrations in the RHS Lindley Library, London.
