Please note that this is an open ground, temporary site with temporary facilities.
| Parking | Designated parking spaces available in Battersea Park - courtesy transport is available to shuttle visitors to and from the show site. Limited parking spaces available 150m from the show, for those who have pre-booked wheelchairs. |
| Drop-Off Point | Bull Ring Gate available to all visitors; it is not covered. |
| Wheelchairs | Manual wheelchairs available to pre-book. To book a wheelchair, call 0845 370 0128. |
| Toilets | Temporary adapted WCs available at parking areas and with other toilet facilities around the show site. |
| Carers | Carers must be in possession of a valid ticket. Volunteer carers can be organised for wheelchair users or visually impaired visitors. |
| Assistance Dogs | Welcomed in all areas. |
| Access to buildings | All catering facilities are accessible except Thames View, Rock Bank and Upper ranelagh, which are accessed via flights of steps. Those staying for dinner will be allocated seating in Lower Ranelagh Restaurant. All other marquees and structures are accessible. Exhibitors are actively encouraged to bear in mind access issues when designing their stands. |
| Access to gardens | All gardens can be viewed from ground level, and none are designed for public access. Where possible, exhibits are surrounded by hard surface pavement, road or trackway. |
| For visually impaired visitors | At present there are no special facilities available. |
| For hearing impaired visitors | At present there are no special facilities available. |
| For visitors with learning difficulties | At present there are no special facilities available. |
