| Parking | Designated parking spaces available approx 20m (22yd) from the Long Water entrance. Designated entrance for disabled guests. |
| Drop-Off Point | Not available, though special arrangements can be made on an exceptional basis. |
| Wheelchairs | Manual wheelchairs available to pre-book. To book a wheelchair, call 0845 370 0128. |
| Toilets | Temporary adapted WCs available in some parking areas and with other toilet facilities around the show site. |
| Carers | Carers must be in possession of a valid ticket. Volunteer carers can be organised for wheelchair users or visually impaired visitors. |
| Assistance Dogs | Welcomed in all areas. |
| Access to buildings | All structures and facilities are accessible. |
| Access to gardens | All gardens can be viewed from ground level, and few are designed for public access. Where there is public access, exhibitors are reminded to design with disabled people in mind. Where possible, exhibits are surrounded by hard surface road or trackway. |
