The Cottage Garden Society Bursary is available for horticultural purposes in connection with cottage gardens and/or cottage garden plants.

Aim

The Cottage Garden Society Bursary was set up in September 2011 in memory of Kenneth Black to enable horticulturists to further their training and to broaden their skills, knowledge and experience in connection with cottage gardens and/or cottage garden plants.

General conditions of application

  • Application is open primarily to horticulturists – resident in the United Kingdom and Ireland, subject to the detailed conditions of applications.
  • Proposals may be made by individuals or groups of individuals.
  • There is no age limit
