The following policies and procedures will help candidates taking an RHS qualification.
Reasonable adjustments & special consideration
Both disability legislation and the regulatory criteria require awarding bodies and their centres to ensure that all candidates are given access to fair assessment. The measures available to meet these requirements are detailed in the following document. Application for Reasonable Adjustments or Special Considerations must be made by the Approved Centre on behalf of the candidate.

Enquiries about results (QCF qualifications)
The following is available to candidates on payment of the appropriate fee:

Unit Fee, plus a one off £10 admin fee |
Should the findings result in a change of grade, the candidate’s fee will be refunded.
