Our world-famous, flagship garden is not to be missed. From the Canal area with one of the UK's largest collections of waterlilies, to Battleston Hill, aglow in spring with rhododendrons and magnolias, or the Central area, packed with herbaceous plantings, you are sure to find ideas for your own garden.
A gem of a garden set in the Yorkshire landscape, Harlow Carr's 68 acres feature everything from glorious Main Borders to Woodland, complete with wildlife area, the Kitchen Garden and the Alpine Zone. We also have the Scented and Foliage Gardens and Streamside, the jewel of the garden.
An oasis of peace in the urban sprawl of Essex, Hyde Hall boasts an eclectic mix of horticultural styles. The Dry Garden is a triumph, the result of a determination to work with nature and plant an area of very low rainfall, and the Hilltop Garden takes in two ponds, glamorous rose and shrubs borders, plus lavish displays of herbaceous perennials.
Nestling in the valley of the River Torridge, Rosemoor epitomises the very best of West Country gardens. The Formal Garden includes a Rose Garden, a 150m-long border & three Model Gardens. Venture into the Streamfield and visitors will find a Bog Garden and Lake as well as the Rock Gully, complete with waterfall.
