Work place window boxes & raised beds
We’re excited to join the RHS Grow Your Own campaign, growing fruit and veg in our office. We're using the balcony on the top floor of our office building as a space to grow our fruit and veg. I’ll confess now to being a complete novice gardener (although I did successfully grow coffee plants from seed!) and many of my colleagues were in the same boat, but it’s been great taking a bit of time out from the busy working day and to get together to tend to our future dinner.
Like many garden-starved urbanites, we are not blessed with fertile soil here on the Cafédirect balcony so have had to construct flower beds out all kinds of items. Read more. . .
