Grow your own at RHS Garden Rosemoor

RHS Garden Rosemoor is offering 10 keen gardeners the chance to attend an informative and practical allotment course in 2013; gardeners will get the opportunity to tend their own plots in the picturesque setting of Rosemoor, receive expert RHS tuition along the way, and take away home-grown harvests.
The successful candidates will take part in the vegetable-growing course which runs throughout the whole growing season starting in February 2013 and continuing for nine months.
RHS Garden Rosemoor will supply applicants with all the tools for the jobs and relevant protective clothing for a small fee of £50. In addition, RHS experts will give two-hour allotment masterclasses on the first Wednesday of each month to give a solid grounding of managing a vegetable plot. Students will have access to their plots every Wednesday from 10.30am-4pm.

To take advantage of this opportunity, please write to or email Jon Webster at RHS Garden Rosemoor (see address below) with a brief personal background (approx 50 words), stating why you would like a beginners vegetable plot at Rosemoor (approx 50 words), and indicating what you will do with your new knowledge (approx 100 words).
Entries must be submitted by 30 November 2012 and the successful candidates will be chosen before Christmas.
