Meet our curious cast
Delia Akeley, explorer
As a sickly young child, Delia pinned a map of Africa to her wall, determined to discover new lands and species. Now she’s going to take you on a journey through deepest jungle, negotiating man-eating plants and prehistoric birds to meet the reclusive forest tribes and learn their magical songs.
Ana, the secret gardener
In a long-lost Persian spice store, meet Ana, a secret gardener who has in her possession a pouch of magic seeds. Harbouring untold power, these seeds need particular care and attention, the clues for which are hidden in Ana’s story. Solve the riddle and plant the seeds. If you get it right, the results could be spectacular!
William Dampier, the plant-loving pirate
Join William for an adventure on the high-seas! This fearsome marauder just can’t stop swiping people’s bullion, but he is also passionate about avocado pears.
Help him give up his wicked ways and fulfil his dream of becoming a gardener. With tales of derring-do, plank-walking and misunderstood monsters, Dampier is the world’s only buccaneer botanist.
