Enquiry about results service

Three options are available to candidates on payment of the appropriate fee.

Clerical re-check: £10 per unit/module
Re-mark: £40 per unit/module
Re-mark and report: £60 per unit/module

Should the findings result in a change of grade, the candidate’s fee will be refunded.

Applications for this service should be made through the examination centre.

Reasonable adjustments

The RHS Qualifications Section facilitates access to its qualifications for candidates who are eligible for adjustments in both theory examinations and practical assessments. An example of the access arrangements that can be provided would be the production of a modified examination paper for a candidate with a visual impairment.

Applications for reasonable adjustments should be made through the examination centre.
