Graham Rice is a member of the RHS Herbaceous Plant Committee and judges flower trials at RHS Garden Wisley. He is also a regular judge at the Hampton Court Palace and Chelsea Flower Shows and is the Editor in Chief of the RHS Encyclopedia of Perennials.
