Whether you enjoy the bright, bold colours of ornamental gingers or the curious fruits of some members of the Cucurbitaceae family; the dainty flowerheads of Tulbaghia or the varied tones of Streptocarpus, there is much of interest in this issue. Colour overtakes the senses in August, and many of these plants bring a liveliness to garden and home; their contribution to the seasonal colour palette is always appreciated.
The Garden will introduce a new look next month. It has been exciting working on the design and we look forward to hearing what you think of it in September.
