Terms and conditions
1. All entrants must be aged 18 or over.
2. Only one entry per person.
3. Entries must be received by midnight on May 28 2013.
4. To enter the draw online, complete the competition question and submit the required contact details.
5. Entry is to be made via the internet.
6. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible or fail to reach the promoter by the closing date for any reason.
7. Bulk entries, or entries sent through trade, consumer groups, agents or third parties will not be accepted.
8. No entrant can use their computer to enable multiple entries and set up multiple identities (e.g. by the use of 'script' or 'brute force'). In this event, that person's entry and all associated entries will be disqualified and any award will be voided.
9. All correct answers will be entered into the prize draw.
10. The winning entry will be drawn at random by an independent person from valid entries received by post or via the internet before the closing date.
11. The winner’s prize allows a free-two hour consultation with Robert Myers at a time to be agreed. The prize does not include a formal proposal or design scheme.
12. The winner will be advised within 14 days of the closing date of the competition.
13. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 business days of receiving email or letter notification, if the notification is returned or is undelivered, such potential winner forfeits all rights to any prize and an alternative winner will be selected.
14. No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.
15. This competition is open to all residents of the UK and Eire. It is not open to employees (or members of their families) of the RHS or Arthritis Research UK, or anyone else connected with this competition.
16. No alternative prizes or cash alternative will be offered.
17. To obtain a list of winners for competitions entered via this website, please email webmaster@rhs.org.uk stating the name of the competition in the subject heading eight weeks after the closing date.
18. By entering the free competition, each entrant agrees to be bound by these rules.
19. No correspondence about the results, answers and prizes will be entered into.
