Terms and Conditions
1. This competition is open to all residents of the UK and Eire, with the exception of employees of the RHS and Gabriel Ash, their families or anyone else connected with this competition.
2. Only one entry per person.
3. No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.
4. To enter the competition, complete the competition question and click through from the link to provide the required contact details. Entry is only to be made via the internet.
5. Entries must be received by midnight on the closing date of 30 April 2012. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible or fail to reach the promoter by the closing date for any reason.
6. Bulk entries, or entries sent through trade, consumer groups, agents or third parties will not be accepted.
7. No entrant can use their computer to enable multiple entries and set up multiple identities. In this event, that person's entry and all associated entries will be disqualified and any award will be voided.
8. The winner will be selected at random from all correct entries by an independent person.
9. Details of the prize are as stated in the competition information. No alternative prizes or cash alternative will be offered.
10. The winner will be notified by e-mail within eight weeks of the closing date.
11. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 business days of receiving email or phone notification, if the notification is returned or is undelivered, the phone number is out of service or does not exist, such potential winner forfeits all rights to any prize and an alternative winner will be selected.
12. To obtain a list of winners for competitions entered via this website, please e-mail webmaster@rhs.org.uk stating the name of the competition in the subject heading eight weeks after the closing date.
13. By entering the free competition, each entrant agrees to be bound by these rules.
14. No correspondence about the results, answers and prizes will be entered into.
