The NEC has manual wheelchairs available for hire. Visitors can book by phone on 01353 778756 or over the internet on www.bartrams.net. The phone lines are open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Designated parking areas are available for vehicles displaying a blue or orange badge and parking is free of charge for disabled visitors. Disabled visitors should follow the traffic signage to the event and will be directed to the nearest disabled parking space.

All levels of the NEC are accessible to wheelchair users, via ramps or lifts, and all areas of the show are accessible. The Atrium and piazza entrances have automatic doors. Disabled toilet facilities are available at the NEC.

Public telephones are available for visitors with hearing impairments. Induction loops are fitted to ticket sales points, information points, show guide sales points, all show feature demonstration areas and the Organisers’ Office.
