This garden - My Life in the Cloud - is a beautiful and thought-provoking conceptual garden that invites the viewer to consider the consequences of putting personal information such as emails, photographs and medical records online and allowing others to view them.

The garden comprises a raised planting area accessed by steps, at the top of which is a sealed, semi-transparent box that appears to float above the planting. Periodically shrouded by mist, the box (which is partially hidden by three Sorbus trees) contains revealing examples of the designer’s personal information.

Will you be invited to see what is in the cloud?

Expert commentary by Chris Young - Editor of The Garden

This garden is a simple but effective square which really just charts one's relationship with the internet and personal history viewable to others online.
