Opening times
Hampton Court Palace Flower Show Exclusive Preview Evening will be held on Monday 8 July, 2013. The Preview Evening will open at 5:30pm and will close at 10:30pm.
Outdoor exhibitors are asked to remain open until 7.30pm. Although the majority of exhibitors are pleased to remain open as requested, we regret that we cannot guarantee that all exhibitors will man their exhibits for the duration of the Preview Evening. The Floral Marquees and the Country Living Magazine Pavilion will close at 9.30pm. To make the most of your evening we recommend that you view the exhibits and gardens early on, before settling down to eat.
Tickets
We will send your ticket(s) by Royal Mail first class post one month prior to the event. Enclosed with your ticket(s) will be a map of the showground, which will list the timings and locations of the entertainment, and a Show Catalogue voucher.

Raffle
If you would like to help us raise further funds for the RHS on the evening, and have the chance to win one of a number of fantastic prizes, please look out for the raffle sellers who will be wearing bright pink sashes on the evening.
In 2012, prizes included a Gabriel Ash Cold Frame, a garden design consultation and an Orla Kiely designer bag.
Volunteers will be selling raffle tickets throughout the showground until 9.15pm. Tickets are available for £5 each, and can only be paid for in cash. Prizes will be available to collect from the Kings Food Market until 9.30pm.
Purchases
Many exhibitors, including those in the Floral Marquee, sell their products at the Preview Evening, but we cannot guarantee that all stands will be open for the entire evening. Please note that most trade stands shut at 7.30pm. Purchases can be stored in the picnic deposits until 9.30pm.
Weather
Please note that this is a temporary outdoor event on open parkland and is subject to varying weather and ground conditions. Although some temporary trackway is laid, the event is on open ground and care must be taken. We therefore advise that you check the weather forecast for the day of your visit, consider the nature of the event and the effects of any inclement weather on ground conditions, and wear suitable clothing and footwear. In extreme weather conditions, access may be restricted in the interest of safety.
Under cover seating is available to all in the Kings Food Market. In the event of inclement weather, the Floral Marquee and Country Living Pavilion will stay open until 10.30pm.
Under 18s
Please note that no under 18s are admitted to the Preview Evening. Identification may be requested at the entrance.
Animals
Please note that no animals are admitted to the Preview Evening except for registered guide and assistance dogs. Please do not leave dogs unattended in parked cars.
Accessibility
All marquees and catering facilities are fully accessible, and all gardens and floral exhibits can be viewed from ground level. Where possible, gardens are adjacent to trackway. Wheelchairs can be provided free of charge for the Preview Evening. Please call the Special Events department on 0845 3700 128 for further details.
Attendants cannot be provided but one companion is admitted free of charge per visitor whose disability necessitates assistance. Please mention this at the time of booking and proof of eligibility may be required. We recommend that guests with reduced mobility park in the Stud car park, please mention to an attendant that you need to park close to the entrance.

Refunds
Up to 17 June 2013 we will issue refunds with a £10 admin fee per ticket for cancellation requests received in writing. Past this date we will refund 50% of ticket monies until the final cancellation deadline of 1 July 2013. After this date no refunds will be issued and we suggest passing tickets on to friends or family if you are unable to use them yourself.
Cancellations of pre-booked catering bookings received in writing by 17 June 2013 will be refunded all monies. After this date no refunds can be made for catering bookings.
Please note this is an outdoor event and no refunds will be given for inclement weather.
