
Travel arrangements
We recommend using public transport for easy access to the showground, and a quick exit at the end of the evening.
Trains
There is a regular South West Trains service from Waterloo direct to Hampton Court Station (approximate journey time of 35 minutes), which is a 10-15 minute walk to the showground, where you enter through the Thames Gate Entrance.
Please note there are also South West Trains from Hampton Wick and Kingston, which also terminate at Waterloo.

Bus
Catch the R68 from Richmond Station to Hampton Court Station (approximate journey time of 52 minutes).
Ferry
Turks Launches run ferry services on the river from Hampton Court railway station to the Thames Entrance/Exit. For more information see www.turks.co.uk
Underground
The Underground provides links to the South West Trains service from:
Wimbledon - District Line
Vauxhall - Victoria Line
Waterloo - Jubilee Line/Northern Line/Bakerloo Line

Car parking
With your tickets, you will be provided with one complimentary car park pass for every two tickets purchased.
There are two car parking options:
Green Car Park
- Pro: Easier exit at the end of the evening.
- Con: Approximate 10 minute walk (from Paddock Gate) or 20 minute walk (from Thames Gate) back to the car park
If arriving from the A308 from Sunbury, Staines, M3, M25 (J12), please enter the Green Car Park via the Green Gate.
Entry to the Preview is a short stroll through the Palace Grounds, entering through the Palace Gate Entrance. No entry will be allowed through Paddock Gate.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The Palace Gate closes at 8pm for firework preparation - no exit will be allowed through this gate at the end of the evening.
Exit the Preview through either the Paddock Gate or the Thames Gate following the riverside footpath back to the Green Car Park - this is an approximate 20 minute walk.
Stud Gate Car Park
- Pro: Short walk to the Showground.
- Con: Can be a longer wait for exit at the end of the evening.
If arriving from the A308 from Kingston, Richmond & Hampton Wick, enter the Stud Gate Car Park via the Stud Gate. Entry to and exit from the Preview is through the Long Water Gate.
Disabled Visitors – please display your blue/orange badge prominently on the dashboard to aid the car parking stewards in directing you to the relevant area of the car park.
