Accessibility information for visitors in need of assistance.

This is a permanent showground with many hard-floored areas. There is trackway within the Malvern Floral Marquee, but some exhibits are located in grassed areas.

Tickets

The Three Counties Agricultural Society does not wish to discriminate against visitors with disabilities, so the full admission rate will be charged. However, if a visitor has a full-time carer or attendant, a free ticket is available for them at the time of purchasing a standard price visitor ticket. This concession is only available by applying in advance, with supporting documentation, to:

Wheelchairs

Manual and electric wheelchairs are available for loan, but must be booked in advance (please note that attendants cannot be provided). Please call 01386 725391 during office hours for an application form, or visit www.eventmobility.org.uk.

There is a £10 donation for the hire of a manual wheelchair and a £20 donation for the hire of an electric wheelchair. Please note that advance bookings cannot be taken over the phone.

Designated parking areas are available for vehicles displaying a badge – please use the Brown Gate entrance.

There are disabled toilet facilities located throughout the showground.

All buildings, catering and seating areas are accessible.
