This garden, the seventh by Fleming’s at Chelsea, showcases an unusual and historically significant design. Melbourne designer Ian Barker has drawn inspiration from the epic voyage of the HMB Endeavour (1768-1771), where botanist and founding member of the Royal Horticultural Society Sir Joseph Banks catalogued the largest-ever flora and fauna collection from the Southern lands.
The garden features many of Banks’s botanical discoveries in an elegant design that melds traditional English and innovative Australian garden flair. Full details of the garden can be found on the Fleming’s website.
