German-born sculptor Michael Scheuermann works primarily in stone and his work includes sculptures, relief carvings, lettering and architectural work. This exhibit features interior style seating and sculptural works in a garden setting, intricately carved to the finest of detail from natural stone. All works are bespoke functional objects as well as sculptural artworks in their own right; each is an original handcrafted one-off piece. There is also a new range of wall relief carvings and garden sculptures. Michael Scheuermann mainly works to commission from private, corporate and public clients. He offers design, making and installation for all stone pieces. His clients include the Five Star Sandy Lane Hotel in Barbados and Sir Anthony and Lady Bamford.
