Woodenzone sell pure organic art, crafted by the forces of nature on the west coastal shores of New Zealand. Each piece has been personally selected and then enhanced here in the UK by Nigel Peterken. Every piece is unique, 100% organic and exclusive to Woodenzone. Most of the Woodenzone range derives from timber originally washed down from New Zealand’s Southern Alps, eventually finding its way ashore on the remotest beaches of the South Island. This is where Nigel personally handpicks the most interesting specimens for shipment back to the UK. Of these, selected items are cleaned and burnished in order to bring out their individual characteristics.
