Please note that this is a temporary, outdoor event on open parkland and is subject to varying weather and ground conditions. Although some temporary trackway is laid, much of the event is staged on open ground and care must be taken. We therefore advise that you check the weather forecast for the day of your visit, consider the nature of the event and the effects of any inclement weather on surface conditions, and wear suitable clothing and footwear. In extreme weather conditions, access may be restricted in the interest of safety.
Visitors will be subject to security searches.
For reasons of comfort and safety, children under five, babes in arms, pushchairs and prams are not admitted to the show under any circumstances.
There is no re-entry to the RHS Chelsea Flower Show once you have left the showground.
There is a small cloakroom facility in Ranelagh Gardens on North Ranelagh Way, close to the Ranelagh Food Court, staffed during the open hours of the show. On Saturday the cloakroom will remain open until 6pm.
Bags etc may be searched when they are handed in. All items are left at the owner’s risk, and the organisers are not responsible for any items which are lost or stolen. Please note that this is a small cloakroom with limited availability, and it operates on a first come, first served basis.
The cloakroom is operated by the plant conservation charity Plant Heritage, who benefit from any voluntary donations.
