The Charity Gala Preview is the most stylish way to enjoy the world’s finest flower show. Despite the evening’s ever-increasing popularity, numbers are strictly limited, giving guests the opportunity to savour the delights of the show in comfort and style. With champagne, canapés and music to complete the ambience, guests are guaranteed an evening to remember.
The Charity Gala Preview is in aid of the RHS
The RHS is the UK’s leading gardening charity, dedicated to inspiring people to get into gardening and giving them the skills to be better gardeners. We believe that gardening is fundamentally a force for good; good for everyone’s health and wellbeing, good for the environment and good for society.
We help people to share our passion for plants through our gardens and flower shows; we work directly with children, schools and communities to help them create better learning environments and places to live through gardening; and we invest in research to improve horticultural knowledge, then share all the information we have through our books, our web site, our libraries and our help line.
With your support we can continue this work and help share a passion for plants, encourage excellence in horticulture and inspire all those with an interest in gardening.
Application process
Tickets for the 2013 Charity Gala Preview can only be booked using our ticket application form. To be added to the mailing list to receive details about the 2013 Charity Gala Preview, please email previewtickets@rhs.org.uk or call 0845 3700 128 before July 2012 with your name and full postal address.
Tickets start at £361 for individual tickets, with RHS members enjoying a saving of £25.
2013 ticket application forms will be posted out to overseas clients on Friday 10 August 2012 and UK clients on Friday 24 August 2012.
Applicants have until Friday 7 September 2012 to return the completed application form to RHS Special Events. In order to be fair to all applicants, bookings must be received by post. We regret that we cannot accept applications taken over the telephone, by fax, by email, or delivered by hand or courier. Any application forms that are received in this manner will be automatically withdrawn from the ticket process.
If we are oversubscribed by Friday 7 September 2012, all tickets will be allocated using a ballot system, with unsuccessful applicants being placed on a waiting list in strict date received order. Any applications received after the closing date will be added to the end of this waiting list. Due to the huge demand for tickets, applications cannot be accepted without a cheque or credit card details.
Please note that we will only accept one application for one ticket type per company or household. Agencies booking on behalf of companies are asked to inform us of the client's company name on the application; if this is not filled in, the application will be invalid.
