This display features unusual edible and medicinal plants. The exhibit is both educational and aesthetically pleasing, showing that edible plants can also create a gorgeous garden. Rare herbs such as Zanthoxylum are included alongside more common edibles such as Cynara, enhanced by the inclusion of contemporary sculpture by Lorraine Philpot.
