Hooksgreen Herbs are displaying a selection of culinary and scented medicinal herbs that demonstrate the diversity of herbs found in British gardens. The four-metre round display includes tall species such as Angelica archangelica and Valeriana officinalis as well as the unusual flowering blackcurrant sage (Salvia microphylla var. microphylla). Lower growing items such as pygmy borage and banana mint (Mentha arvensis) complement the taller plants. The centre of the display features a white diamond shape of dwarf white lavender.
