The Sonic Pangea Garden

This garden, inspired by classical myth, represents an enchanted forest carpeted with plants. A clearing in the sacred grove reveals an altar to the woodland god Pan and a circular chaise longue sacred to Gea, Mother Earth. The theme is the celebration of nature in all its incarnations.
The sonic spears represent towering tree trunks dappled with light and emit sounds taken from the natural world. The plants are chosen to stimulate the senses, including plants that are tactile, edible, scented, pungent and spicy. The design features a balance of male and female creative energy. “Pangea” was the name of the Earth before it split into the different continents, the moment of unlimited potential.
