A display of alpine, rock garden plants and associated perennials in quality handmade clay pots in a courtyard setting. The pots are packed with colourful alpines including rhodohypoxis, a South African bulbous plant that flowers for months; saxifrage, with silver architectural leaves and breathtaking displays of tiny flowers in late spring/summer; sempervivum; and unusual shade-loving plants such as primulas, thalictrums and hardy orchids. This exhibit shows how easy it is to create a stunning display in a small garden.
