Kelnan's main display plant is the restio, a plant that looks like a hybrid of grass, bamboo, rush and horsetail, but is actually an ancient Southern Hemisphere plant family (mainly from South Africa). Restios are underplanted with various bulbs, shrubs and perennials that are associated with them, and together they create a stunning display in shades of green with coppery browns, lifted by the seasonal flowering plants.
