Kick-start the gardening season with the RHS London Plant and Design Show.
On Friday 21 and Saturday 22 February, the Lawrence and Lindley Halls in Westminster are playing host to a wealth of early spring plants, advice and inspiration.
Fresh winter colour and early-flowering plants are exhibited by some of the UK’s best nurserymen and growers, with an abundance of bulbs and plants to buy.
Those interested in garden design can take advantage of experts from the Society of Garden Designers and visitors can benefit from a talks programme led by top garden designers. Leading design colleges will also be on hand to discuss their course options.

This year's show incorporates the RHS Potato Day. The Lindley Hall will feature a large display of potatoes grown by Pennard Plants, and visitors can purchase more than 75 varieties of seed potatoes, and enjoy chitting workshops, talks about how to get the best out of your potatoes and potato printing. There's the opportunity to taste many different potato varieties and there will also be a special potato-based menu available at lunchtime.
You can event treat yourself to fish and chips (served in a proper chip shop cardboard box!) to celebrate chip week.
The RHS horticultural advice team are on hand to answer questions about potato botany, and pests and diseases.

Cityscapes are creating a horticultural installation that invites visitors to take part in discussions around design.
With a greenhouse at its centre, each external wall will pose a different question for visitors to consider, to get them to consider the real purposes of design.
Visitors will be encouraged to write their responses on the glass walls of the greenhouse with marker pen, or send in tweets, which will also be posted on the walls.
