Join us for an evening of mellow fruitfulness
8 October, 6-9pm, RHS Horticultural Halls, Westminster
Lindley Hall, Greycoat Street, Westminster SW1P 2PE
The second RHS London Harvest Festival Late, supported by Hobgoblin, will offer Londoners a chance to celebrate the harvest season in style at an eclectic evening of food and drink, gardening and music.
Visitors can try their hand at apple tasting with experts from the RHS and marvel at monster produce in the heaviest pumpkin competition. Harvest games including apple bobbing and a fruit and vegetable competition are just some of the many highlights.
The Cocktail Gardeners from the Midnight Apothecary will create seasonal fruit cocktails from their pop-up bar and there will also be home-made cider from RHS Garden Wisley and beer from Hobgoblin.
In addition, culinary experts By Word of Mouth will be serving up a selection of tasty treats including heart-warming pasties, and The Garlic Farm will offer dim sum and noodles alongside a sampling of Godsell Cheese and Mrs Tee’s mushrooms.
Live music will feature throughout the evening with musicians performing traditional songs, culminating with acclaimed folk musician Robin Grey and his band entertaining guests against the atmospheric backdrop of a seasonal campfire.
The event takes place between 6pm and 9pm, and is FREE to RHS members. Tickets are available to buy in advance or on the door.
