The concept behind this design was to create a striking, contemporary garden with low maintenance requirements, minimal materials and planting and a limited colour palette, all used to maximum effect within a small area.

The planting scheme is simple, fragrant and decorative. Shades of green predominate and contrast with the white hues of the hard landscaping.

Aromatic planting combined with illuminated planters, light sculptures, music and the sound of gently rippling water stimulate the senses, creating a relaxing retreat to be enjoyed whilst reclining on the organically-shaped sun lounger.
