To embrace tranquillity is to take a step towards healing and restoration. The Christie garden reflects this positive force that can be found in those who seek treatment, their families and those who work to care and cure.

Embracing Tranquillity is a place for rejuvenation, reflection and relaxation. It couples a contemporary use of materials with elements of traditional monastic style. The Lakeland stone sphere creates a solid centre to the garden’s symmetry. This is softened by plants that have medicinal and therapeutic qualities.

The simple colour palette combines with the scent of plants and the flow of water to create a calm, restful ambience.
