Highlighting the potential of vertical green wall planting, The Green Room seeks to offer a complete antidote to an urban environment.
Lush and textural plants form the basis of the heavily green, featured planting, with swathes of Carex oshimensis ‘Evergold’ and Polypodium vulgare. Height and formal structure are provided by the Betula utilis var. jacquemontii and box hedging (Buxus).
The species chosen demonstrate a good tolerance of higher pollution levels making them ideal for an urban site. With its ability to be placed in any garden or space, as it is not reliant on natural soil, The Green Room provides a translatable and real solution for urban areas.
