RHS National Flower Bed competition

The Waterloo Cup is a national crown bowling competition held annually in Blackpool. This flower bed celebrates the achievements of a local Partington man called Arthur Murray who is the only person to win this prestigious cup three times. The design will feature the Blackpool Tower and the bowling green.
