Catering
All catering facilities are fully accessible. All marquees are accessible, and all gardens and floral exhibits can be viewed from ground level. Please note, however, that the areas around the gardens are often busy; disabled visitors may wish to consider arriving early or late in the day to avoid peak times.
Assistance dogs
Assistance dogs are welcomed in all areas.
Disabled assistance
Attendants cannot be provided but one companion is admitted free of charge per visitor whose disability necessitates assistance. Please mention this at the time of booking. Proof of eligibility is required.
Hearing loops
Hearing loops are installed in the Floral Design Studio and the RHS Talks Theatre.
Parking
Blue badge holders will be directed to reserved sections of the showground car parks. Unfortunately, there is no easy access drop off point due to the geography of the site.
For disabled visitors arriving by coach, an adapted bus operates between the coach park and the showground.
Wheelchairs
A limited number of manual wheelchairs and electric scooters are available for loan, but must be reserved in advance. For reservations, call 0844 581 0700. Electric scooters can be hired for a £25 donation to the charity Event Mobility, which provides the service, and manual wheelchairs can be hired for a £10 deposit (the deposit can be returned after the show or donated to Event Mobility to support their work).
