Information for exhibitors

Trade stands

If you are interested in exhibiting garden sundries at the RHS Spring Flower Show Cardiff, RHS Chelsea Flower Show, Hampton Court Palace Flower Show &/or The RHS Flower Show at Tatton Park, please send information on your company and products (including product brochures and photographs of your displays if available) to Jenny Thwaites, Exhibitor Manager, Tradestands, and we will contact you with further information and details on how to apply for a stand.

Non horticultural exhibits

Please note only exhibitors displaying and selling horticultural products are permitted to apply for a sundries stand at RHS shows. Exhibitors wishing to sell non-horticultural items at Hampton Court Palace Flower Show and the RHS Flower Show at Tatton Park should contact Country Living regarding exhibiting within the Country Living Magazine Pavilion. Non-horticultural sundries exhibits are not permitted at Chelsea.

Timber Policy

The RHS Policy Statement on Trees and Timber Products confirms the Society’s commitment to forest certification. As part of the implementation of this policy, the RHS Shows Department requires that all exhibitors of timber products at RHS shows are exhibiting only products that are manufactured from certified timber, and that exhibitors are offering for sale at least one certified product line or range.
