RHS London october Flower Show

The show was a welcome relief from a morning that seemed to signal that autumn has arrived. The Lawrance Hall in Westminster was once again filled with a beautiful display of flowers, shrubs, fruit and vegetables.

The standard of exhibits was endorsed by the judges who awarded six Gold medals which went to; Long Acre Plants for an exhibit of ferns, Dibleys for its exhibit of Streptocarpus, Traverna Cross with a display of South African plants, Gerald Edwards for his exhibit of fruit and both Hartside Nursery and Edrom Nurseries for their outstanding exhibits of gentians which was one of the highlights of the show.

Other show highlights included the chance to see some of the best garden and plant photography as winners of the RHS Photographic Competition 2003 were displayed, and the opportunity to buy quality plants from award winning UK nurseries.

The RHS London Flower Shows are the perfect source for buying plants and seeking gardening inspiration and advice in central London.
