RHS London great autumn Flower Show

Inspirational Autumn Planting Ideas

The Royal Horticultural Society's Great Autumn Show kicked off the Autumn/Winter season of RHS Flower Shows with a burst of colour on 16 - 17 September, RHS Lawrence and Lindley Halls, Westminster.

For two days the RHS horticultural halls were home to over 45 UK nurseries displaying their seasonal best, including autumn-flowering Cyclamen from Ashwood Nurseries in the West Midlands, and South African autumn-flowering bulbs from Somerset's Avon Bulbs.

Experienced RHS flower show exhibitors Broadleigh Gardens, Somerset, who won Gold at this year's Chelsea Flower Show, displayed late-flowering Agapanthus - a definite 2003 trendsetter in both border and container gardening.

The next RHS London Flower Show is 7 - 8 October 2003.
