RHS September London Flower Show

After a short break during the summer, the London Flower Shows were back with a bang this month with the Great Autumn Show in Westminster. Both the Lawrence and the Lindley halls were full to capacity with exciting exhibits from around the country. The show contained just about anything a keen gardener could wish for ranging from tropical plants to cut flowers, vegetables, grasses, shrubs and a whole range of perennials as well as autumn-flowering bulbs. The judges awarded eight Gold Medals to various exhibits which is fitting of the high standard that greeted visitors.

Hampshire Carnivorous Plants were also awarded a Gold Medal for their exhibit of carnivorous plants, foliage plants and ferns, which contained this Sarracenia minor.
