| Parking | Designated parking spaces available approx 20m from the Long Water entrance, which is accessed via the A308. Designated disabled entrance. |
| Drop-Off Point | Not available, though special arrangements can be made on an exceptional basis.. |
| Wheelchairs | To book a wheelchair, call 0845 260 7000. Bookings close on 27 June 2008. 50 manual wheelchairs, 66 electric scooters and 4 Power Wheelchairs available to pre-book. Electric scooters can be reserved if supported by a donation of £16, which will go to Event Mobility Charitable Trust who provide and administer the service. Please note this is not refundable. If available on the day electric scooters can be borrowed subject to a donation of £16 to Event Mobility Charitable Trust. Manual wheelchairs can also be reserved and the required £10 deposit will be returned shortly after the event, if requested. If you are happy with the service provided you may wish to donate your deposit to Event Mobility Charitable Trust to help support their work. |
| Toilets | Temporary adapted WCs are available with other toilet facilities around the show site, and by the disabled parking area. All toilets for disabled visitors are for use by both ladies and gentlemen. |
| Carers | Attendants cannot be provided, but one companion is admitted free of charge per wheelchair user, visually impaired visitor or other person whose disability necessitates a carer. |
| Assistance Dogs | Welcomed in all areas. |
| Access to buildings | All structures and facilities, including catering facilities, are accessible. Tables can be reserved in the Allium Restaurant/Bistro by calling 0845 260 7000 (subject to availability). |
| Access to gardens | All floral marquees are accessible. All gardens and floral exhibits can be viewed from ground level, and a small number of gardens are sometimes designed for public access. Please note that the areas around the gardens are often busy; disabled visitors may wish to consider arriving early morning or late afternoon to avoid peak times. |
| For visually impaired visitors | At present there are no special facilities available. |
| For hearing impaired visitors | Induction loops are set up in the talks areas. |
| For visitors with learning difficulties | At present there are no special facilities available. |
