| Drop-Off Point | Although there is not a designated drop-off point, arrangements can be made in advance, Monday-Friday. |
| Wheelchairs | Two manual wheelchairs and three motorised wheelchairs at garden entrance. Available for ‘on the day’ use or for booking in advance. |
| Toilets | Adapted unisex WCs at main entrance and at Bettys Café & Shop; single sex adapted toilets in the gardens. Accessible with assistance. |
| Carers | Attendants cannot be provided, but one companion is admitted free of charge per wheelchair user, visually impaired visitor or other person whose disability necessitates a carer. |
| Assistance Dogs | Welcomed in all areas. |
| Access to buildings | Shop, Bettys Café & Shop, Study Centre - all accessible, but note slope from gardens. Access to Study Centre library - not accessible if courses are taking place due to location of accessible door, therefore please contact the garden in advance. |
| Access to gardens | The gardens are accessible. Please note, however, that this is a sloping site that, in some areas, is quite steep. Some path surfaces may be difficult, e.g. pebbles. |
| Garden seating | There are approximately 200 benches sited around the garden at regular intervals. |
| For visually impaired visitors | At present there are no facilities developed specifically for visually impaired visitors, however a scented garden is one of the garden’s features. Guided walks are available to all, but visitors with a visual impairment would need to be accompanied; details of guided walks are in the current Events brochure. |
| For hearing impaired visitors | At present there are no special facilities available. |
| For visitors with learning difficulties | At present there are no special facilities available. |
